Oversee daily warehouse operations at the Unna warehouse, covering inbound, picking, packing and outbound processes.
Manage the team, including rostering, performance tracking and on-site training.
Monitor process compliance to boost warehouse efficiency, accuracy and KPI performance.
Coordinate with headquarters management to drive process improvements.
Handle on-site exceptions such as inventory discrepancies, damaged goods and irregular orders.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

・Minimum 1+ years of warehouse operation or management experience
・Familiar with WMS and standard warehousing workflows
・Good German or English communication skills
・Strong execution, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
・Valid German work permit is mandatory
