Job Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics management experience
• Familiar with cross-border e-commerce logistics and Amazon FBA operations
• Capable of independently managing teams of 10+ staff
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Responsible with high execution capability
Language Requirements
• Fluent Mandarin (mandatory)
• German for daily workplace communication
• English proficiency is preferred
Bonus Qualifications
• Knowledge of German labour law
• Hands-on experience with WMS
• Experience managing large overseas warehouses
